1. Eligibility

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

13. Export Controls

You may not use or export the Website in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, and are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14. Severability
